Throughout our summer and fall seasons, we host various types of festivals and events, many benefiting local charities. It’s our way of giving back to the community that we’ve been a part of for so many generations.

blueberry festival

Blueberry Festival (7:00am-1pm)

Saturday, July 18, 2020
Pancake Breakfast
(served until 11am)
$9.99/breakfast (20% is being donated to Food Pantry)

Tickets must be bought in advance so that we are complying with COVID-19 health regulations. You will choose a 30 minute arrival time and arrive anytime within that 30 minute window. We are limiting tickets to only 50 tickets every 30 minutes. Breakfast will be in to-go containers that you may take home or enjoy at one of our outdoor picnic tables. The Blueberry Festival benefits the Ecumenical Food Pantry in Harrisburg. The food pantry will receive $2 for every breakfast ticket. Come for the breakfast (3 blueberry pancakes or plain pancakes, scrambled eggs, ham, fruit, and a large coffee or juice) and stay through the day to visit with local artisans, pick-your-own berries, live music by Kirk Wise (9:30am-12:30pm), and more! We have limited the total number of vendors this year as well as limited it to artisans selling their own handmade crafts.

The Peach Festival benefits Hope Walks. Hope Walks serves some of the poorest children in the world that have club foot by freeing them from living a life of disability. They cure these children at no charge to their family. Hope Walks will receive $2 for every breakfast ticket. Come for the breakfast (3 pancakes with peach glaze or maple syrup, scrambled eggs, ham, fruit, and a large coffee or juice) and stay through the day to visit with local artisans, peach specials, BOGO on peach sundaes (2-4pm), pick-your-own berries, live music by Kirk Wise (9:30am-12:30pm), and more! We have limited the total number of vendors this year as well as limited it to artisans selling their own handmade crafts.

We thank those who offer so much for our community! Paulus Mt. Airy Orchards wants to give back to our firemen, police officers, first responders, and active & retired military by providing free admission to these Hometown Heroes and their families (dependents) during our opening weekend of PlayLand. Must have current ID.

All Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, American Heritage Girls, and Trail Life USA youth in uniform receive free admission. Regular admission applies for additional guests and family members.

We love teachers who give much of their own personal resources for students! If you’re a certified teacher teaching in a local school, we invite you and your family (dependents) to Paulus PlayLand for free. Must have current ID. Homeschool families can come this weekend and receive one free admission for each paid admission (for your immediate family) with valid homeschool teacher card.

Grandparents are special and are so important in a child’s life. Grandparents receive free admission to Paulus PlayLand with the purchase of grandchild’s admission. One free grandparent per paid grandchild.

Strawberry Festival and 5K Family Fun Run (8:30am-1pm)

Strawberry 5K Begins at 9am
$29.99/Adult Runner, $24.99/Student Runner (any age)

Click here to register for the 5K by May 9 to guarantee a t-shirt and medal. You can register up until the morning of the event but you’ll only be guaranteed a shirt and medal with early registration by May 9th.

PlayLand Admission:  $5 per person

The Strawberry Festival benefits Radiant Hope. Radiant Hope strives to support and encourage those whose lives have been impacted by cancer. $5 from each 5K registration will be donated to Radiant Hope. Whether or not you’re participating in our 5K, be sure to stop by and enjoy live music by Kirk Wise (9:30am – 12:30pm), local craft vendors, pick-your-own strawberries, food sampling in the store, PlayLand, and more! Everything opens at 8:30am! Visit the Kitchen for SO many strawberry treats: strawberry shortcake, strawberry sundaes, strawberry milkshakes, strawberry pineapple slushies, and be sure to try our fabulous seasonal strawberry salad for lunch. Yummmm!
